(left: the proposed vision for the completed Angus renovations)The renovations being made to the Henry Angus Building are resulting in some financial difficulties for the School of Business, as $39 Million necessary for the project is absent. A tuition increase was supposed to begin after the completion of the project fell through, however this did not arise and funding for the project must now be found elsewhere. Commerce students have been surveyed asking if a rise of student fees by $500 would be accepted by them in order to complete renovations on Angus. There has been speculation that a referendum would be held asking for students to allow the $500 increase in commerce fees for the next 25 years.
